Items purchased from the Bozak web shop will ONLY be shipped to the card holders billing address.
In the event the we ship a product and we have to resend you will be liable for the return and new shipping charges.
All orders are sent by DHL Worldwide from our United Kingdom manufacturing facility.
Orders take a minimum of 5-7 working days to process from time of placing order before they are shipped, at busy periods this maybe up to 7-10 days. Please take national holidays into account with delivery times.
Were a build time is quoted, this is an approximate estimate. We cannot guarantee this delivery schdule but we will endevour to be as close as possible. Products that are built to order deposits are NOT refundable.
Due to the value of our goods we will ONLY ship once we have recieved CLEARED funds.
We will notify you once shipped with the tracking information.
We try to keep all products in stock and ready to ship but due to demand some products may need to have final assembly resulting in a short delay. If your order is URGENT please check with us before placing the order through the webshop.

You the purchaser are liable for any duty or taxes due on any goods imported into your country of residence from the UK.
Any units built to order and require a deposit, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Any returned products must be returned with 28days of purchase in original factory condition and will be liable to a restocking fee of 10%.
Returns are at the purchasers cost not Bozak, we do not refund original shipping charges or local taxes and duties. We are not liable for any foreign exchange rate differences.
PRODUCT WARRANTY CONDITIONS.
All products must be checked within 7 days of receipt and any damage, malfunction or shortages must be put in writing by return.
All Bozak products are covered by a 24 month warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.
All products need to be returned to their place of purchase for any warranty claim and any repairs need to be approved by Bozak and only carried out by an authorised Bozak service agent. No fault found returns will incure any service charges at cost.
Bozak does not cover shipping charges from the customer for returned items usless previously agreed. You MUST contact us before returning any items.
