As of January 1st 2021 our webshop pricing has changed. The prices shown on the website are the export prices, any VAT and taxes will be charged locally.
Will I have to pay import taxes on delivery?
Outside the UK taxes/duty maybe due on delivery.
Please check with your local customs office for applicable taxes and charges. These are not included in the price and are the customer’s responsibility.
What are the shipping costs?
Depending on your order, weight & size, shipping charges vary. You can select the shipping charges in the online shop by selecting the product and checking the drop down shipping menu and then update basket.
What are the circuit designs of the new Bozak range.
All our circuit design comes from the original 1970’s CMA-10 schematics but improved to current safety standards and to make our products compatible to use with current audio equipment, turntables, CDJ’s, laptops, signal processors, FX units, system controllers and amplifiers.
Can I have custom features added?
Due to the very high demand for our products it is not currently possible to carry out modifications other than the options in the product specs.
If I pay in full is it possible to get my mixer built any quicker?
We try to be fair to everyone and only take orders in turn otherwise it would mean someone’s order gets pushed back. Estimated delivery times may sometimes vary when there are unforeseen delays from suppliers.
Do I need a power adaptor to change the power supply?
All our products work between 100v-240vAC. You unit will be supplied with the correct IEC power cord for your location. Please check the product manual for voltage selection before plugging in your unit.
The AR-4 is supplied with an auto-switching power supply.
Product finishes?
All our products metalwork has a brushed finished then anodized. By the nature of brushing aluminum and colour variations of the anodize product finish-colour may vary from product to product.
The shade and grain pattern of the Ash wood used as trim may vary slightly as it’s natural wood, machined and finished by hand.
