TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE & SHIPPING.
As of January 1st 2021 our webshop pricing have changed. The prices shown on the website are the “rest of the world” export prices, if there is any VAT and taxes due they will be charged locally and not by us. Local UK prices will be displayed on the invoice after checkout.
Items purchased from the Bozak web shop will ONLY be shipped to the card holders billing address.
The web shop is operated from our UK facility so all web prices are quoted in GB£ sterling.
In the event the we ship a product and we have to resend you will be liable for the return and new shipping charges.
All orders are sent by DHL Worldwide from our United Kingdom manufacturing facility.
Orders for items available of the shelf take a minimum of 10 working days to process from time of placing order before they are shipped, at busy periods this maybe up to 14 days. Please take national holidays into account with delivery times.
The items on the web shop including the AR-4 and AP-2 are currently made to order, although we try to ship ASAP the waiting time is around 12 weeks from time of placing the order until its ready to ship.
Where a build time is quoted, this is an approximate estimate. We cannot guarantee this delivery schdule but we will endeavour to be as close as possible. Products that are built to order, £200 deposits are NOT refundable even if paid in full once the build has been started.
Due to the value of our goods we will ONLY ship once we have received CLEARED funds.
We will notify you once shipped with the tracking information.
We try to keep all products in stock and ready to ship but due to demand some products may need to have final assembly resulting in a short delay. If your order is URGENT please check with us before placing the order through the webshop.

If your Country is not listed please contact up for shipping quotation.
You the purchaser are liable for any duty or taxes due on any goods imported into your country of residence from the UK.
ORDER DEPOSITS.
Any units built to order and require a deposit, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
PRODUCT RETURNS.
Any returned products must be returned with 28 days of purchase in original factory condition and will be liable to a restocking fee of 10% or the original deposit which ever is greater.
Returns are at the purchasers cost not Bozak, we do not refund original shipping charges or local taxes and duties. We are not liable for any foreign exchange rate differences.
Any goods returned to us due to DHL unable to contact to purchaser for delivery will incur any charges from DHL for returning the item. If returned by DHL and redelivery is necessary a shipping charge will be payable before resending.
PRODUCT WARRANTY CONDITIONS.
All products must be checked within 7 days of receipt and any damage, malfunction or shortages must be put in writing by return.
All Bozak products are covered by a 24 month warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.
All products need to be returned to their place of purchase for any warranty claim and any repairs need to be approved by Bozak and only carried out by an authorised Bozak service agent. If the using a Bozak agent for a warranty repair it must be reported to us first and we can then work out a diagnosis, for warranty approval before any repair is carried out. No fault found returns will in-cure any service charges at cost.
Bozak does not cover shipping charges from the customer for returned items unless previously agreed, no fault found returns will have return shipping charges applied. You MUST contact us before returning any items.
All products OUT of warranty will be charged at an hourly rate with a minimum of one hour plus parts and any return shipping will be charge at cost. If you wish for a quote, please request this before any repair is started. We can arrange collection, please ask for a quote.
Due to the nature of our products, the WARRANTY is NOT transferable.
